When you add or edit a plant, flag it as outdoor and Planterra links it to your location's forecast, pulled from Open-Meteo.

Temperature and expected rainfall for the next few days are compared against the plant's baseline watering need.

Reminder adjusts itself
Heat pulls the next watering earlier. Sufficient forecast rain skips it. You still get the final say - Planterra just stops nagging you on days it doesn't need to.
